OUR STORY
Our day starts at Toyosu market, before dawn.
As a Toyosu market wholesaler, NAGASHIRO Suisan works with genuine fish every day. The sourcing eye we honed at auction is the single root from which we run our own izakaya, sell seafood, and support fellow restaurants with marketing and operations — our four businesses.
